  Goldie, is a 3 year old neutered orange who is up-to-date on his shots. He is good with other cats, and doesn't fight. He knows how to be an inside/outside cat. He is sweet and loves to play! He is not much of a snuggler, but like to chill out with those whom he trusts. Goldie is well-behaved and litter box trained. He would do best with someone who is patient in introducing him to his new surroundings as he is a shy boy. We are asking for a fifty dollar rehoming fee.

    Harriet is a spayed nine month old white and tabby. She is a real sweetheart who is always happy to see her people and loves to lay on your lap. She is and quiet and well-behaved and would be perfect as an indoor only kitty. She would require someone who can patiently earn her trust and introduce her to the house as she is scared of new situations, however we are certain that she will quickly warm up to the right person. She does well with other cats. We are asking for a fifty dollar rehoming fee.

Salsa is a six month old tabby. He is neutered and vaccinated. Salsa loves to play with his "siblings" Forest and Harriet. He likes to play with humans, too. Salsa is pretty independent, bit sometimes He likes cheek scratches. Salsa must be adopted with either Forest or Harriet. Forest is a five month old black shorthair. He is vaccinated and soon to be neutered. Forest is an affectionate bundle of energy. He often sounds like he is breaking down the walls when he plays with Salsa! He likes to lay on your lap and sometimes he likes to be held.

    Cyrus is about 2 years old and about 84 lbs. He looks like a Giant Schnauzer/ Bernese Mountain dog mix... really a pretty dog. He is very affectionate, calm around cars, bike riders, people and other dogs and loves to run. I adopted him last April. I don't have a backyard so I am taking him out two or three times a day and just can't keep doing this. I'd like to find a home for him that can provide a yard and maybe even another dog to keep him company. ( He got along well with my son's pug when I had them both.)

 Bowie is a 7 month old male yellow lab mix with one blue eye and one green eye. He is not yet neutered. He weighs around 50lbs. He is a loving goofy boy who likes to cuddle and go on walks with his people. He knows how to sit and wait for his food, and he is good at recall when off leash. He was found on a nearby rural road after apparently being dumped. He needs his vaccines and heart worm. But he is on flea and tick medication and has been dewormed. He is healthy happy boy who needs a forever home.

My name is Emmy and my  mom adopted me a little over a year ago. I had spent my whole life at the Humane Society and I was SO happy that she fell in love with me!!! It took me a little while to warm up to her and Holly (the dog that lives here) but I pretty much run the house now. I've not been around any other cats so I don't know if I would like them or not, but I do tolerate Holly. I'm very curious about her, but I won't love on her yet.

I'm current on all of my shots and I'm spayed too! I live inside only and I love my window hammock...

My mom is really sad that she can't keep me, and she's really hoping I find a new, loving home.

Hi! My name is Holly ...and due to circumstances beyond her control, my mom needs to find me a new home.

I am about 7 years old. My mom doesn't know what breed I am except that I have some red heeler in me (you can see my red spots just under my snowy white coat). I LOVE children and I give the best kisses!!! I also enjoy playing with other dogs and running around (I've never understood that game they call "fetch" though - what's the point?). I try to make friends with every kitty cat I meet, but they all run from me when I pounce up to meet them for some reason.

I don't like being alone in my mom's condo alone all day and sometimes I get naughty (I didn't like that she had to go back to work after her surgery, so I was anxious and chewed up some stuff I shouldn't have)... so now, she has to put me in the kennel when she's gone. I LOVE it when she comes home though because we get to go for a walk and then cuddle!!! She even lets me sleep with her on her giant bed!!!

I am spayed and I am current on all of my shots. I've never bitten anyone OR been in a fight with any other dogs! I really am a good girl...

My mom says I need a new home where I'm not alone all day. She feels bad that I'm confined to the kennel. She says I need space to run around and play and be a dog. 
She's going to have to move soon too and where she's moving too, they don't allow pets (what's a pet? I thought I was her child)...
My mom is very sad that she can't keep me anymore and she's really hoping to find me a loving home soon.

                      This very sweet neutered dog showed up about a month and a half ago. Seems to just want a family or some dogs to hang out with! I believe him to be over 1 years old, he's a large breed dog about 50 lb or higher. I posted him on Facebook and the owner came forward but can no longer have him. I've been feeding him and got him back to a normal weight. He's had flea treatments and seems to be doing well. Just needs a place to call home. Would love to give him the best chance at a forever home. I can't be sure on the breed but he seems to be a Husky / Shepherd mix. Hazel eyes with a blue tinge in one (not blind). This dog does very well outside but would love to see him out of the rain! Very well natured, friendly dog.

                   Jax is a mixed breed male that is approximately 65lbs. He was found along with 2 of his siblings in a pullout in Redwood Valley over 6 months ago. He was not in good shape when he was dropped off but over time he has become very happy and healthy. He is very affectionate and loves to play. He is used to being around other dogs and also small children. He was neutered on April 1st, 2024 and is up to date on shots. I have been trying to find him a home with someone I knew so I could continue to see him, but nothing has worked out. At this point I would be happy to find anyone willing to give him a good home.                  Hello, my name is Chet (or at least that what this family keeps calling me) Its not my name but I can tell they dont know that. They have been super nice and accommodating though, don't get me wrong. Anyway, back to the point. I am here seeking a new family. Back on the 23rd of September, 2024 (was a Monday, as I recall) I was strolling down Eastside Calpella rd in Ukiah, by my lonesome. This nice guy called me over. I obliged, of course, I'm a very good boy. He pet me and I let him take my collar. Then he called this gal out of a house and they leashed me up. I been living with them and their two dogs ever since. So far they have failed to guess my name, or where I came from. My "microchip " has provided zero answers. I'm super friendly and well trained (sit, shake, lay down, the works). Just a big boy in need of more space. I can respect children and small dogs. I'm mature and like my rest after a good play session. I'm pretty chill but like people near by and sometimes try to follow them when they leave. I have a limp in my back right leg that the vet thinks is nerve related. But it really doesn't slow me down, like at all. I chase cats but I'm not sure what to do if I get close. I get along great with this family now, but I really feel like their yard and house are too small for a gentleman such as myself. Like I said before, they are pretty nice and don't want me to get stuck in a shelter. So here we are. Do you want to meet a man like me and see if we might fit together?

              Daisy is ready to find her forever home! Daisy is an incredibly smart and beautiful 3 year old blonde heeler/husky mix, great with cats, good with kids 5+, good with dogs, not good with babies/toddlers. She is crate trained, potty trained, spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, and 50 lbs. Daisy has lots of energy to walk/run/play and is looking for someone with an active lifestyle. She is very loving and cuddly, loves car rides, loves to swim, loves to jump and dance to music, loves to play in water whether it is the garden hose or beach.              Dakota is a beautiful male pit/shepherd/mastiff mix, 1 year and 3 months old. He has an appointment to be neutered on October 9. He is searching for a loving companion to be by his side, cuddle with him, play with him and go for hikes/walks. He loves to play with other dogs, we haven’t see how he interacts with cats yet. He loves to explore so he needs a fenced in area over 4 ft to keep him from hopping out to go on adventures. He is kennel and crate trained. He is used to eating his meals in his crate indoors and sleeping in there and also love to snuggle. He is such a sweetheart, eager to please and just wants to be apart of a new loving family. He loves the beach, playing with squeaky toys and balls. Dakota can be cautious of strangers especially if they are wearing hats, but listens well and walks well on a leash with a prong collar.              Tucker is a one-year-old fixed and fully vaxed Border Collie, and Blue Tick Hound. He is incredibly smart and fully potty trained, and we have recently "button trained" him to let you know when he needs to go outside. Again, he is incredibly smart. He is an anxious boy and prefers to stick to his one person and it takes a bit of convincing from any new face. He's played with both big and little dogs and indoor cats, but loves chasing after cats outside ( I think he wants to race.) He doesn't like to be alone and definitely needs some help with his anxiety about it. He loves to dig and is full of "zoomies". He overall is a very loving and loyal companion, who I hope can find his forever person.

              Walker is full AKC I have his certificate when I got him at 12 weeks from the breeder he was very skittish along with the rest of the litter and he's been like that since we've tried to help it and correct it but we just don't have the time to work with him and give him what he needs nor the space and it's just not fair for him it takes him a little while to get comfortable with new people and dogs but once he's comfortable he's perfectly fine and does a lot better he has no aggression whatsoever just barks out of excitement and wants to play he is basically stuck in puppy mode and is very energetic with some training or possible a job given to him he would be an amazing dog

          This beautiful dog was found in a rural area. We have too many dogs or would keep her. She is probably 4 to 6 months old. She gets along with other dogs but is not a wimp, she will defend herself with diplomacy. She tolerates cats but is interested in chasing all other small animals. She will rid your area of all pests. She accepts "medical attention" willingly. There will be no trouble probing her feet ears etc for foxtails. Cleaning her teeth and other grooming tasks will be well tolerated. She is comfortable in a crate even with the door closed. She is perfectly happy being outside over night or sleeping in the bed with the other dogs. She is just a great all around dog. I wish we had room for her.

        Frankie is a very sweet 14 month old newly neutered rescue. Beautiful blues eyes and appears to be Shepherd, husky mix. He has had rabies shot. Tested negative for Heartworm and Lyme. He is pretty much full grown at 60lb Gets along great with out 4 year old female an 3 year old male dogs. Rides great in cars. There is so much good about Frankie I could go on and on. We would keep him in a heartbeat, but 2 dogs and 4 cats already has us and our budget stretched thin. Frankie needs a Stable Home where he can get lots of love. He hasn’t been abused. But has not had a stable environment until he came to us. He would be happy with a large fenced yard, another dog to romp with and a lap to cuddle on at the end of the day. He runs the 40 acres with our dogs and comes immediately when called. Knows sit, getting better with stay and getting good on leash. Good with short term crating. He has not seemed interested in our cats when he has encountered them. If you have a 12 year old child wanting a puppy, Frankie is going to be a lifelong companion to whoever opens their heart to him. We are in Willits area. Can bring Frankie to meet you.        Phoenix was abandoned at a condemned home along with his female partner. A neighbor confirmed they were there approximately 4 months and proceeded to have a litter of 8 puppies. Phoenix and his family were lucky to have been found by a passerby and all the dog family besides Phoenix have found a home. Phoenix has been completely vetted. The vet estimates he is 4 years old. He has since been neutered, vaccinated (including rabies), flea treated, microchipped, and put on heart worm preventative. That being said, Phoenix did test positive for heart worm, but he has a good prognosis and very minimal care required to complete his heart worm treatment. Finder is willing to cover preventative for the next 4 months, as well as follow up heart worm recheck. Phoenix deserves the best. He is an absolutely sweet sweet boy who loves everybody. He's great with people, other dogs, cats (he might chase but he listens to no chase), he's wonderful to walk on a leash, comes when called. Without a doubt, his adopter won't have any regrets. He's the perfect derpy dog and will be forever grateful for a home to call his own.
